Which one do I need?
- Tell us who a visitor is (name, email, plan, events from your app): the widget JavaScript API. It runs in the browser and needs no token.
- React to something in asktrix, for example create a ticket in your CRM when a conversation starts: webhooks.
- Read or change data from your server, for example sync contacts or reply from another tool: the REST API.
- Let an AI assistant answer from your help center: the MCP server.
